These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and platform currently accessible as devbhoomi-darshan (name subject to change) (the “Platform”).
The Platform is owned and operated by APS Groups Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

The Platform connects travelers with independent travel agencies and service providers. We do not operate travel services ourselves. Payments, cancellations, and service quality are primarily governed by the policies of the respective service providers. We facilitate discovery, communication, and in some cases, payments and dispute communication. Your statutory rights under Indian law remain unaffected.
1. Nature and Scope of the Platform
The Platform is a technology-enabled marketplace that facilitates interaction between travelers or customers (“Users”) and independent third-party travel agencies, tour operators, guides, and service providers (“Service Providers”).
The Company does not itself provide travel services. All travel-related services are offered, operated, and executed solely by independent Service Providers.
The Company’s role is limited to listing service offerings, facilitating discovery and bookings, enabling payment facilitation in certain cases, and providing a basic dispute facilitation mechanism.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between the Company and any Service Provider.
2. Limited Facilitation Disclaimer
While the Platform may assist in itinerary curation, payment facilitation, or dispute communication, such assistance is administrative and facilitative in nature only.
The Company does not assume responsibility for the quality, safety, legality, suitability, or execution of any services, nor for the acts or omissions of Service Providers.
Service execution remains the sole responsibility of the respective Service Provider.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to use the Platform.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. User Accounts and Acceptance of Terms
Certain features of the Platform require the creation of a user account.
At the time of booking, Users are required to explicitly accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted through their account.
The Company reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts for reasonable grounds including, but not limited to, policy violations, fraud, misuse, or legal and regulatory compliance requirements.
5. Service Providers and Limited Verification
Service Providers listed on the Platform are independent entities.
The Company may conduct limited verification of Service Providers, including identity verification (KYC) and collection of self-declared licenses, registrations, or permits.
Such verification is limited in scope and does not constitute certification, endorsement, or guarantee of service quality, safety, legality, or compliance.
Users acknowledge that reliance on Service Providers is at their own risk.
6. Payments and Platform Role
Depending on the transaction structure, payments may be made directly to Service Providers or may be collected by the Platform as a payment facilitator.
The Company does not act as a trustee, escrow agent, insurer, or guarantor.
Release of funds to a Service Provider does not imply acceptance, approval, or confirmation of service quality or completion.
7. Cancellations, Refunds, and Dispute Facilitation
Cancellation and refund terms are primarily governed by the applicable Service Provider’s policy as communicated or displayed at the time of booking.
The Platform may facilitate communication between Users and Service Providers, assist in dispute resolution, or process refunds where appropriate, without admitting liability.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to Service Provider policies, the nature of the dispute, and applicable laws.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes statutory consumer rights available under applicable Indian law.
8. User Obligations
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Comply with all applicable laws and local regulations
- Follow safety instructions provided by Service Providers
- Refrain from unlawful, abusive, misleading, or disruptive conduct
The Company shall not be responsible for consequences arising from User misconduct or non-compliance.
9. Reviews, Ratings, and User Content
Reviews and ratings posted on the Platform represent the personal opinions of Users.
The Company does not verify the factual accuracy of reviews and does not endorse user-generated content.
The Company reserves the right to remove or moderate content that violates applicable law, these Terms, or Platform policies.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for:
- Personal injury, illness, or death
- Accidents, delays, or cancellations
- Weather-related or force majeure events
- Loss of profits, data, or reputation
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
If liability is established, the Company’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User to the Company for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless APS Groups Private Limited, its directors, founders, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, or expenses arising out of:
- The User’s use of the Platform
- Interactions with Service Providers
- Violation of these Terms or applicable law
This clause does not limit the rights of statutory authorities or regulators.
12. Suspension and Termination
The Company may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Platform for reasonable grounds including policy violations, fraud, misuse, or legal or regulatory requirements, subject to applicable law.
13. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, or infrastructure failures.
14. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Platform, including content, branding, and technology, are owned by the Company or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
15. Grievance Redressal
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Company has appointed or will appoint a Grievance Redressal Officer.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
For non-consumer disputes, courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand shall have jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause restricts a consumer’s statutory right to approach appropriate consumer forums under applicable law.
17. Changes to These Terms
The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
